x.trax at the Green Room

Created by Manchester International Arts, x.trax is an annual weekend showcase designed to give promoters an opportunity to see the best international touring work from Britain. x.trax is an intensive programme of work featuring:

  • a huge range of Live Art, visual theatre and digital performance
  • spectacles and installations
  • over 80 outdoor shows
  • a diverse music programme.


Live Art at The Green Room:
Renowned for international work and innovative programming, the Green Room, Manchester's centre for live art and contemporary performance, presents an intriguing, creative line-up of Live Art at x.trax 2000 devised in collaboration with the Live Art Development Agency.
Artists include Howard Matthew, Ronald Fraser-Munro, Joshua Sofaer, Hayley Newman and Helena Goldwater.
